COMING UP: A BIG TIME AND BRAND-NEW MUSIC VIDEO PREMIERE. THE SONG AND VIDEO BIG DREAMER IS LAUNCHED IN THESE DAYS AT MTV EUROPE, MTV AFRICA AND PROBABLY THE US TOO.

The Swedish singer and songwriter Mary N'Diaye is perhaps an unfamiliar name in Norway. However, she is a celebrity in several African countries, and she participated in the television program The Voice in her home country in 2010. Thumbs up for Mary, as she appears not only to have a fabulous voice, but also as an ethnic version of no less than the iconic Grace Jones. With her Mohican hairstyle, the characteristically shawl hanging loose over her head, warrior make-up and lots of colours and patterns, we can assure you that she will be noticed. Add a fresh sound with a mix of Afro beat and Euro Dance, some hot dance moves, and there you have it: A star of tomorrow. A cool video from a bit scary artist, directed by Petter Tangmyr, 3D and motion graphics by Good Evening, post production by Hocus Focus with Pia Nyhus (producer) and Mathias Theissen (online and colour grading). To be continued...

COME WITH US TO ITALY. TO THE LAND OF OLIVES, VALPOLICELLA WINE, SUNDRIED TOMATOES, ROME AND PIZZA. DIRECTOR JOHANNE HELGELAND AND THE PRODUCTION TEAM FROM FANTEFILM MUST HAVE BEEN PRETTY CONFIDENT IN THE PRODUCT THEY ARE PROMOTING.

The pre-cooked PIZZA ORIGINALE is brought all the way back to its homeland Italy to be tested by "real Italians". Travelling around to beautiful places, incidental people are asked to take a bite and tell us what they think about the taste. Of course we believe that they are totally honest and truthful. Aren't all Italians? Just the sound of the language mixed with a bit of Opera, piazzas in front of churches, the wine ranks and the old men with moustaches make us believe that this is the real thing - the real Italian Pizza Originale. What a blessing, and we are convinced -this is it, folks! Produced by Hugo Hagemann Føsker and post produced by Pia Nyhus and the following team from Hocus Focus: Henrik Berge (editing), Haavard Albertsen (online and colour grading) and Johannes Ringen (sound design).

COMING UP: A COMMERCIAL FROM THE CLOTHING STORES AND BRAND MATCH. COMPLIMENTS FROM AND TO DIRECTOR ANNE SEWITSKY AND THE PRODUCTION COMPANY TRØBBEL FILM.

The main character of this film is unknown until the end of the commercial. However, there are certain things we can guess. We know that the person probably is a SHE because of the fact that the majority of staring eyes are male gazing. In a documentary- Steadiecam kind of way, we can be SHE and enjoy the splendour of this fabulous person. We can partake in all the admiring looks and positive comments she gets: From the young teenage boys in the school yard, the business man in a suit and tie, the jogging athlete, the cute bakery boy with curly hair and the old man. Even a dog is an admirer. Then the point of view switches to female friends, who are actually talking and giving complements. The sun is shining through the treetops, life is great and the clothes that are causing all this stir have a Compliments Guarantee. That implies that if you buy your clothes at Match and do not get complements from anyone, you get your money back - beat that! Produced by Miriam Pedersen Eeg. Post produced by Ole-Arild Svendsen and Hocus Focus: Edited by Henrik Berge, online & colour grading by Haavard Albertsen and last but not least, sound by Preben Grieg-Halvorsen. Curious? THERE IS NOTHING BETTER THAN A BIT OF PUBLIC HUMILIATION UTTERED BETWEEN HIGHLY COMPETITIVE PEOPLE. IN A VERY FRIENDLY FORM, MUST BE ADDED.

The production company Small Film is helped by the awesome cross-hill skiing brothers Aukland to brand Mercedes-Benz GLK (say no more). Safely behind the wheel and in the passenger seat of this amazing car, Anders asks Jørgen how another superhero - the one and only Petter Northug - REALLY performed in Marcialonga. With malicious pleasure, we can ascertain that the brothers came first and second in the competition and hence crushed the cocky Northug. Oh what a joy, and it keeps getting better. We can reveal two things, both that the commercial also involves something about staining a special kind of boat, and that you will see more from these dark-humoured athletes with an edge. This is namely not the last commercial they take part in for Mercedes, so watch this razor sharp space. Directed by Birger Libell and Michael Pfleghar. Produced by Elisabeth Enstad and post produced by Jon Anders Klausen. The additional team from Hocus Focus: Henrik Berge (editor), Mathias Theissen (online and colour grading) and Preben Grieg-Halvorsen (sound design). From all of us to all of you: We wish you a great laughter.

”THOSE WHO DO NOT CHANGE, DISAPPEAR”. THESE WORDS OF WISDOM ARE TAKEN FROM THE GRAND AND NEW FILM MADE BY THE PRODUCTION COMPANY EINAR FILM & FORTELLINGER.

The ambitious and alluring informative commercial takes us on a journey of Norwegian history. A history of war and piece, building up and tearing down, and of massive technological development. It is a story of change and of the messenger that is bringing us all together: Posten. The film starts and ends with Television News, but we are all well aware which medium came first. Oh, we love this film and Ole Paus has the perfect voice for the nostalgic postal trip from director Jens Lien. Lien’s ability to bring the stories of yesterday to the people of Norway with great love and care cannot be denied. The story of Posten is the perfect story for just that – the story of the survival of the fittest where transformation is the key. A film in both past and present tense from the producers Aksel Jermstad and Guri Neby. Hocus Focus and producer Pia Nyhus are – as always – very happy to get he change of working with such an excellent team and film in post production. Edited by Ove Kenneth Nilsen, online and colour grading by Haavard Albertsen and sound design by Preben Grieg-Halvorsen. Anyone getting the urge to start writing letters again?
