YOU ARE EITHER EXTREMELY BUSY OR YOU HAVE ALREADY TAKEN A LONG VACATION IN ANOTHER GALAXY FAR, FAR AWAY (I.E. OUTSIDE THE BORDERS OF NORWAY) IF YOU NEVER HAVE HEARD ABOUT THE ROCKA.

The feature film is already a much discussed and debated production, because it initially was declined ordinary public viewings at the cinemas in Oslo, Bergen and Trondheim. Many thought this to be both film politically strange and unfair, as the reviews were good. Anyhow, the film belongs to a genre of our time, the mockumentary, and it tells the story about Big B Thunders. At the age of 44, he quit his job and follows his dream to become a rock star. Fat, forty and finished? Not at all. An hilarious comedy in all its embarrassment from writer and director Robert Næss, with Hans Bastian Borg, Thor Staff Christiansen and Brage Kvasbø. It is worth noticing that all of these Rock'n Roll guys are using their authentic names - in real mockumentary style - and of course they are meeting other authentic rock dudes, like Ronni Le Tekrø and Thomas Seltzer. Hocus Focus had the pleasure of helping with some post production on the film. Mathias Theissen has worked on colour grading and VFX. The DVD/Blu-Ray hit the street on the 27th of June, so go and get it!
