FLT IS THE ABBREVIATION FOR FORBUNDET FOR LEDELSE OG TEKNIKK (= THE NORWEGIAN ENGINEERS AND MANAGERS ASSOCIATION). AND WHAT IS THAT? WELL, THAT IS A PART OF THE NORWEGIAN CONFEDERATION OF TRADE UNIONS (LO), GOING STRONG FOR MORE THAN A HUNDRED YEARS AND DECIDEDLY THE LARGEST AND MOST INFLUENTIAL WORKERS' ORGANIZATION IN THE COUNTRY.
FLT believes, according to their website, that “when many stand together, we can achieve results for the individual”. After this short introduction, back to the film: The one thing communicated in this short information / promotion film is that FLT can help you moving forward in your carrier and your working situation. It is really funny, the way they are playing with every prejudice against local government employees or other so-called office hackers. Depressing offices, all in grey and white and only coloured by a bunch of post-its. The fun fact of the day: The nervous guy in a yellow shirt expecting trouble is played by Mikkel from Small Film. We might have missed a great acting talent there. The production company is surprise, surprise Small Film with director Michael Pfleghar and producer Elisabeth Enstad. Post production by Jon Anders Klausen and Hocus Focus. The involved are Thomas Løvig (editor), Bengt Ove Sannes (online and colour grading) and Preben Grieg-Halvorsen (sound design).
